Olive Bangladesh Limited (Olive) is a start-up company in Bangladesh established in the year 2017. Olive embraces the concept of lean start-up keeping in mind the high degree of flexibility necessary in the a globalized world. In its most recent project, Olive is working towards manufacturing quality skin care products for the local market and intend to work closely in collaborative research projects to explore the immense potential of natural product chemistry and use the know-how to produce skin care products at pilot to commercial scale. At Olive we are committed to collaborate with like-minded, financially-independent researchers in cosmetology, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, natural products, engineering and work together to explore business feasibility of ideas! With partners in product innovation, we would like to grow and emerge as a research based manufacturing company in Bangladesh. The concept of our start-up model is inspired greatly by Uppsala Business Park, Lund’s Ideon Science Park and LU Innovation in Sweden.
