About Olive Tree Builds

Olive Tree Builds is a Toronto-based commercial construction company specializing in franchise fit-outs, retail renovations, and business remodels across Ontario and Canada. We partner with growth-minded brands to design, build, and deliver turnkey commercial spaces that perform as well as they look. Founded by Nathan Oliveira, a second-generation contractor and franchise builder, Olive Tree Builds brings the perspective of both builder and business owner. We’ve completed projects for national and international brands including Uncle Tetsu, Isabella’s Mochi Donuts, and Iris Galerie, transforming shell units into high-performance retail environments that meet tight timelines, brand standards, and code compliance. Our team integrates modern construction management platforms like Procore, Buildertrend, and Monday.com to provide real-time transparency, cost tracking, and milestone reporting, giving clients clarity from kickoff to turnover. Every project is built with precision, professionalism, and accountability. 🔨 Our Expertise: - Franchise Fit-Outs (turnkey design-build & construction management) - Retail & Office Renovations (tenant improvements, remodels, rebrands) - Restaurant Construction (base build coordination, millwork, and finishes) - Commercial Project Management (scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and compliance) 🌿 What Sets Us Apart: - Franchise-Owner Insight: We understand the pressures of opening day because we’ve been in your shoes. - Schedule-Driven Delivery: Committed to deadlines without compromising quality. - Transparency: Progress tracking and live communication through our client dashboard. - Risk Management & Compliance: Ontario Building Code, AODA, and fire/life safety expertise.
