We work carefully with owners to evaluate their options and create an exit plan that is best for them and the company. As a trusted advisor to the owner, we maximize the transaction value and complete the deal allowing the owner to focus on the business at hand knowing their interests are being fully represented. Areas of focus include, but not limited to, third-party sales of medical device, manufacturing, high-tech software, service, construction, and engineering technology companies with revenues of $2.0MM - $50.0MM.
