About Ollington Jarvis Lettings and Property Management

Welcome to Ollington Jarvis Lettings and Property Management. As an independent small business, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the lettings process. We’ve seen firsthand the pitfalls of traditional high street agents, and we’ve decided to chart our own path. • At our agency, it’s just Mel Jarvis and Tanya Ollington – a small, dedicated team offering a truly personalised experience. Our Landlords aren't passed around to different property managers, no staff turnover, no changing faces. • No fancy high street offices with extravagant costs here. Instead, we’ve embraced shared office space and remote working which means affordable fees for our clients (hooray!). • A simple fee structure without a long list of extra costs, and no VAT. • Our commitment is unwavering: we’re at our managed properties often, maintain open transparent communication, and make ourselves readily available to our Landlords and tenants whenever needed. We offer a choice of lettings services to suit all needs and will be pleased to discuss your requirments.
