Olmo Estudio jobs and careers

About Olmo Estudio

Born from a passion for craftsmanship and material excellence, Olmo Estudio began as a studio dedicated to handcrafted products and bespoke furniture, where wood, precision, and detail were at the core of every creation. What started as a craft-driven atelier naturally evolved into a full-service interior design and construction firm, seamlessly blending product design, architectural vision, and refined spatial experiences. Under the leadership of Juan Olarte, Olmo Estudio has grown into a multidisciplinary studio of architects, interior designers, and master craftspeople, recognized for creating luxury retail, hospitality, and residential spaces that are at once timeless, tactile, and deeply intentional. The studio’s work combines custom millwork, high-end finishes, and meticulous attention to detail, reflecting a design philosophy rooted in craft, material integrity, and emotional resonance. In 2025, Olmo Estudio was honored with the Lápiz de Acero award for interior design of a luxury retail shop for one of Colombia’s most prestigious brands, solidifying its position as a leader in high-end retail design. Beyond Colombia, the studio has delivered projects in Ecuador, Mexico City, across Colombia, and the United States, bringing its signature combination of artistry, craftsmanship, and design rigor to international clients and discerning brands. Despite its global reach, Olmo Estudio remains committed to its roots: all design and production are carried out in Colombia, positioning the studio as a global ambassador of contemporary Colombian craft and design excellence. Every project—whe Our practice blends interior design, architecture, and custom furniture, combining creative vision with technical precision and expert craftsmanship. We proudly support the Colombian industry by sourcing local materials and working with skilled artisans. For us, design is not just about beauty — it’s about building spaces that tell stories and create meaningful, lasting impact.
