About olsonprojects

OLSONPROJECTS is comprised of two companies with a shared focus: architecture and development. Our architectural practice specializes in multifamily housing, encompassing market-rate, affordable, and workforce projects across diverse building types such as garden, low-rise, and mixed-use podium. On the development side, we concentrate on adaptive reuse and urban infill housing, primarily within Spokane. We serve as architects, developers, and occasionally as builders. Our dedicated team champions a collaborative methodology, partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that meet their vision and goals.
