About Oly Homes

Oly Homes is More than Modular. We are a Queensland modular home builder with more than 50 years of experience delivering quality, architecturally designed homes for regional, rural and remote communities. Built in our Sunshine Coast facility, our homes are delivered fully finished and ready for installation, reducing onsite disruption, construction time and cost. We partner with councils, community providers, pastoral companies and residential buyers to deliver housing that is considered, liveable and built to last. From staff accommodation and community housing to family homes and second dwellings, our approach combines precision manufacturing with design that reflects how people actually live. More than modular.
