Most organisations we work with already have technically credible ideas. The challenge is rarely the technology. More often, the impact pathway is unclear, programme fit has not been tested properly, or the proposal concept is not aligned with the scope of funding call. We focus on those elements before writing begins. Our work spans innovation funding strategy, Horizon Europe proposal development, Innovate UK competitions, collaborative R&D consortia, and R&D tax credit optimisation. We also support funded projects through delivery, including milestone coordination, financial compliance, and programme reporting for organisations that prefer not to absorb that workload alongside core R&D activity.
