About Omshakthi Monitoring Service

Omshakthi Monitoring Service (OMS) is a 30-person remote video monitoring and managed services company based in Bengaluru, operating 24/7 for AI video intelligence platforms and their enterprise customers in retail and entertainment. We're built for the work that sits between a modern video platform and its end customers. Our operators monitor real-time alerts under SLA, run crowd and wait-time analytics, review loss prevention footage, handle new-customer onboarding from install through production, and provide L1/L2 technical support across distributed deployments. Beyond the recurring work, a meaningful share of what we do is ad-hoc — POCs, one-off analytics projects, deployment rescues, and escalations that become playbooks. The team operates across the full deployment stack of a modern video intelligence system: edge compute lifecycle management, IP camera and fleet configuration, physical security peripherals, WebRTC streaming, telemetry and dashboarding, platform API work, and the networking fundamentals that keep distributed sites online. We work daily alongside production ML systems — triaging model-generated alerts, validating analytics, and feeding tagged footage back into detection loops — which gives us operational muscle memory with AI at scale that most services companies are only starting to build. Internally we run on a deep library of playbooks and live instrumentation — SOPs covering install, escalation, QA, and customer-specific workflows, with tracking across Google Sheets, PowerBI, and custom dashboards down to operator, customer, location, and individual camera level. We partner with video intelligence platforms looking to extend delivery into India at operating cost and enterprise-grade rigor. If that's the conversation you're in — get in touch.
