About On Stage Dance Academy

Dance is more than just fun—it’s a powerful tool for personal growth. At its core, dance helps develop skills that reach far beyond the studio. From coordination and concentration to body awareness, strength, agility, self-discipline, and poise, the lessons learned in dance positively impact every area of daily life. It’s a joyful, creative outlet that builds confidence, fosters achievement, and creates lasting memories. At On Stage Dance Academy, we’ve been shaping dancers for over 40 years. Our dedicated owners and instructors have spent a lifetime immersed in the world of dance—many beginning as young children themselves. Today, they work together to deliver exceptional instruction and inspire every student to reach their fullest potential. Founder and Director, Rose Marie Troiani, brings over 50 years of teaching and performance experience. Her passion and dedication to the art of dance are matched by an impressive list of professional affiliations, including Dance Teacher Today, Dance Educators of America, D.B.B.A. of St. Louis, the New York Institute of Dance, Butler University, Northwestern University’s Dance Department, Juilliard, D.E.A., Jazz Etc., the Cecchetti Foundation, and the Royal School of London Cecchetti International.
