About On the Road and Off

ORO is a Sales and Marketing agency based in Chattanooga, TN representing brands primarily in the Outdoor and Outdoor Lifestyle industry. We view ourselves as the neuron which connects great brands and retailers with the consumers who are looking for each. We excel at the normal rep agency day-to-day duties -- trade shows to tell the brand story, clinics to educate the staff on these stories and products, events to help drive traffic to retailers and brands, customer service to make sure every retailer is treated with respect and urgency, and of course driving a lot. In addition to that, we stay mission-driven in our travels and decision making processes based on our own beliefs for what a rep should do in this industry. - Empower and energize the independent retailer for the future - Inspire more people to play outside - Promote conservation and stewardship of public lands While many rep agencies these days call themselves “Sales and Marketing” agencies, we are continually implementing creative and modern marketing strategies to grow the brands we work with, connect with the regionally specific consumer, and drive business to our retail partners.
