We exist to make the path to climate work easier by building a robust talent pipeline, as well as streamlining how organizations hire. Onboard Climate serves two primary audiences: job seekers looking to grow or pivot their careers into climate work, and climate NGOs that are ready to scale their teams. For job seekers, we will provide resources and support to help navigate the climate sector and prepare them to translate their transferable skills into impactful roles at climate NGOs. For hiring organizations, we will help streamline recruitment and hiring, offering access to a pipeline of skilled talent and resources needed to build effective, diverse teams. In a space where platforms often cater to either job seekers or employers, Onboard Climate serves both - bridging the gap between supply and demand.
