One Advisory: AI Services jobs and careers

About One Advisory: AI Services

One Advisory builds AI departments for mid-market enterprises. Not chatbots. Not pilots. Production AI workforces — coordinated teams of specialized agents that multiply what your people can do. We exist because the market is broken. Big firms charge $300K for roadmaps delivered by junior consultants. Vendors sell licenses, not outcomes. Proof of concepts die in demo environments. Meanwhile, your best people are drowning in work that doesn't require human judgment. We fix that. Assess. Build. Deploy. Manage. Measure. Our methodology: → AI Readiness Audit: 15-page executive report mapping every AI opportunity, ranked by impact and ROI. Delivered in 10 business days. → AI Quickstart: Full audit + top quick wins deployed into production. Typical result: 15-25 hours/week recovered within 30 days. → AI Operations Build: End-to-end transformation. Custom AI assistants, workflow automation, system integration, staff enablement. 90-day execution. 3-5× ROI within 12 months. → AI Managed Operations: We run your AI ops. Monitoring, optimization, monthly reporting. Month-to-month, no lock-in. → Fractional AI Officer: Nathan embeds as your AI leader. By invitation. 3 client maximum. Built by Nathan Rone — 20-year operator, not consultant. $1B→$3.2B at Amazon. Six enterprise turnarounds. Board of Regents. Built AI systems at Amazon scale (LLaMA Task Engine, partner scoring, sentiment analysis). Same rigor, deployed for your business. Every engagement starts with an Outcome Agreement — specific deliverables, signed before work begins. We're not done until you say we're done. Enterprise security architecture: least-privilege credentials, end-to-end encryption, immutable audit trails, SOC 2 aligned. Your data never trains foundation models.
