Hi! We're a community-driven yoga + fitness studio based on the eastside of Los Angeles! Our movement is feeling-focused in a world concerned with image. Our classes are all levels, with a variety of styles from ass-kicking-SWEAT to CHILL-the-eff-out. From your first visit, you’re part of this community, and we encourage you to be your fullest self – however ODD that may be! We practice feeling good, one day and One Down Dog at a time.
