𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: One in Nine, a dedicated Non-Profit Organization, has been at the forefront of battling breast cancer in Israel for over 30 years and is the only patient organization in Israel specializing in Breast Cancer only. Founded by Nurit Tolnai and a group of women, who were survivors themselves, our organization is committed to raising awareness of the importance of early detection and providing a network that addresses the challenges faced by those impacted by breast cancer. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: We aspire to save lives by raising awareness of the importance of early detection and supporting women with breast cancer and breast cancer survivors through advocacy, education, and direct support, reflecting our dedication to improving their lives. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: ✦ 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: We offer psychological counseling, legal advice, and emotional support, ensuring no woman faces breast cancer alone. ✦ 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: We lead public awareness campaigns on the importance of early detection and provide detailed information on breast health. ✦ 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: We are leaders in advocating for policy changes to ensure all women have access to the best medical treatments and support mechanisms. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: ✦ Expert Team: Our team includes social workers and volunteers, many of whom are breast cancer survivors. ✦ Proactive Health Education: We conduct lectures and workshops to educate women about breast health and the importance of early diagnostic screening. ✦ Supportive Care: We accompany women throughout their journey - before diagnosis, during treatments, and as survivors offering tailored support and care.
