Our founders have over 50 years of experience working in the healthcare recruitment sector and we thrive on the knowledge that we’re connecting experienced healthcare professionals with medical organisations. Our specialist skills are diverse and include: sourcing and vetting candidates, industry compliance, business development, relationship building, tendering and being awarded national frameworks status (and have been part of framework agencies), carrying out audits and creating preferred supplier partnerships with organisations.
