Collect Your Data Direct device integrations with Fitbit, Withings, LoseIt!, Jawbone, Telcare, GoodRx, 2net. More devices are being added on a regular basis! 4. Connect Your Team Your doctor, employer, health plan, and others may ask you to connect to their OneCare Community. 5. Use the Tools Available tools include a calendar with alerts/reminders, journal entries, and video chat.
