About OneCoast

Passionate. Progressive. Courageous. This is the spirit of OneCoast, our WHY. We believe that if we have passion about what we do if we are progressive about the way we do and think about our business and if we have courage to actually act on those ideas, we will have growth no matter what. Not Just Words Culture is a lot more than words of inspiration. It is about living and leading by example. OneCoast aligns all areas of business against our values to ensure they match our character and our desire to grow. One of those examples is our investment in Emotional Intelligence Training which focuses on self-development and relationship development. OneCoast in the Community OneCoast believes in giving back through simple acts of kindness every day. As an organization, it is our goal to contribute a minimum of 5000 community service hours a year. OneCoast is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
