About ONEHOUSE

We are a creative agency that specializes in the representation and design processes of the built environment. With studios in London and Los Angeles, we provide high end computer generated imagery, animation and other immersive content for marketing real estate developments, architecture, interiors and product design. CGI We create photorealistic renderings of architecture, immersive environments, and objects. We understand how the built world is perceived, both literally and emotionally, allowing us to perfectly position a project of any scale. Our clients are architects, designers, real estate developers, city planners and government authorities. Animation A hybrid of film and computer animation can breathe life into any project. Whether for use on the landing page of a new developments website or a short sequence for a social media campaign, our team of filmmakers take a cinematic approach to crafting the most inspiring marketing films. VR By embracing new, forward-thinking technologies, our skilled designers are able to produce fully immersive, stereoscopic virtual environments that vividly transport the audience to a new or existing development anywhere in the world. Virtual reality opens up the possibilities of reaching new markets both domestically and internationally. Photography The key ingredient of any project is beautiful photography. Our dedicated team of professional photographers travel far and wide to capture the crucial context and backplate imagery required for use in our CGIs. With top of the line equipment, as well as a fleet of drones for aerial shots, we’re able to capture a project before, during and after completion. From brand conception to visual storyboarding to book design, it is the graphic designers that bind all of the creative elements together into a single, beautifully crafted identity. www.onehousecreative.com @onehousecreative
