Ons Geld heeft als missie de geldcreatie te nationaliseren door middel van Full-reserve banking op basis van het Chicago Plan uit 1930 en het Positive Money system. Stichting Ons Geld is het met bekende economen eens dat de oorzaak van onze economische problemen ligt in de manier waarop banken uit het niets geld creeëren, wat leidt tot kredietcrisis, bezuinigingen, werkloosheid en ongelijkheid.
