About OP-CO

What is OP-CO Marine? At OP-CO Marine, we operate as a mobile shipyard—a highly skilled, adaptable workforce ready to deliver superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance projects anywhere in the world. With international teams of experienced engineers, technicians, and tradespeople, we bring shipyard-quality services directly to vessels, whether at sea, in port, or during yard periods. Backed by a trusted network of partnerships, we provide full-spectrum solutions across mechanical, electrical, AV/IT, fabrication, carpentry, and coatings. Our approach goes beyond immediate repairs; we focus on long-term strategic planning, ensuring yacht crew can start working on their maintenance and repair programmes long before vessel plans and locations are known. You are not obligated to use shipyard contractors. While our teams operate globally, our UK workshop also delivers specialized fabrication and engineering projects, supporting vessels and refit programs with precision-built components and systems.
