Core Services Include: Coastal Permitting: Coastal Development Permit (CDP) applications and exemptions, ESHA evaluations, Local Coastal Program (LCP) interpretation, coastal constraints mapping, and coordination with the California Coastal Commission and local agencies. Biological Resources & Studies: Formal wetland delineations, biota surveys and biological inventories, protocol-level focused surveys for special-status species, Biological Technical Reports (Biological Resources Reports), and habitat assessments to support CEQA/NEPA compliance and impact analysis. Federal & State Permitting: Clean Water Act Sections 404/401, Rivers and Harbors Act Section 10, CDFW Streambed Alteration Agreements, USFWS consultations, and RWQCB certifications. We maintain strong collaborative relationships with key agencies throughout California's Coastal Zone and beyond, enabling efficient navigation of multi-jurisdictional processes while prioritizing avoidance, minimization, and balanced resource protection.
