Open Concept Brands (OCB) is an international expansion and strategic consulting firm specializing in cross-border growth between Europe and Latin America, with operational presence in Spain and coordinated execution across key European markets. We support fashion and lifestyle brands through structured market-entry strategies, wholesale development and coordinated commercial execution across international territories, with a strong focus on Spain as a gateway into Europe. Our model integrates high-level advisory with operational implementation, allowing brands to scale beyond borders with structure, credibility and long-term positioning. Through OCB, we are developing a Global Fashion Advisor Network supported by digital infrastructure and local commercial representation across multiple territories. OCB operates under its proprietary Commercial Expand Program, a structured international acceleration framework designed to guide brands through phased market-entry validation, commercial positioning and scalable expansion into European and Latin American markets. Execution phases may include coordination with selected showroom, public relations and communication partners in key European markets, depending on each brand’s expansion roadmap.
