Open Doors Yoga Studios has 11 studios in the Greater Boston & South Shore Areas. Each location provides different levels of classes, from beginners to very experienced. Primarily, our classes are hot vinyasa but we also have gentle, restorative, and therapeutic yogas available. We are proud to offer a rigorous Teacher Training program geared towards spreading Yoga Health & Wellness for ALL!
