Open to New Opportunities jobs and careers

About Open to New Opportunities

I thrive on helping companies navigate the tempestuous seas of change, market adversity, and financial challenge. My track record speaks louder than any words could. Decades of increasingly complex challenges have been addressed successfully with the skills and abilities that only years of experience can provide. I am both a strategist and and an executor as comfortable on the factory floor, in a sales presentation, dealing with bankers, or in the court room. I enjoy helping others excel in their personal and team success by leading positive, seamless, and sustainable business transformation and delivering great results. As a fractional CEO/COO my typical engagement is to assist organizations in gaining clarity, profitability, and sustainability within a fixed timeframe. With extensive US, China, Asia, and European experience with multiple industries in the $100M+ area I assemble my team and guide companies through startups, rapid revenue growth and expansion, divestitures, turnarounds, capital raising/equity funding, transforming low performance culture into winning teams and succession management training and development.
