About OpenCity Projects

OpenCity Projects is a creative studio specializing in experience design. With research, strategy and design, we help organizations build relationships and connect with people on an emotional level. The studio is led by Wendy Gold and Job Rutgers. With our network of talented designers, strategists, planners and storytellers, we create meaningful experiences for people. Rooted in placemaking, we design physical environments and the service interactions people have in those spaces.
