Operant Billing's core business is providing medical billing services to practices of all sizes. Our goal is to assist the practitioner by simplifying the medical billing process and improving efficiencies in order to increase revenues, capture lost revenues, and maintain cash-flow for our clients. Our typical clientele include: Board Certified Behavior Analysts [BCBA’s], Speech Language Pathologists [SLP’s], Occupational Therapists [OT’s], physical Therapists [PT's] and other small and large medical practices. Operant Billing's Mission is to manage the billing process for Practitioners so they can concentrate on what’s most important: Helping their patients make progress. Our services include: An initial consultation to best determine each Practitioners needs, which may include: Verification of Insurance Benefits Credentialing Licensing (including state agencies) Authorization Management A/R: Accounts Receivable Insurance A/R: Accounts Receivable Patients Submission of Primary and Secondary Insurance Claims
