About Opground

Opground is the first AI-based platform that developers rely on for PASSIVE JOB SEARCHING. Opground has created a technology that connects companies and entrepreneurs with the most tailored tech professionals, based on the same information as humans do, knowing professionals through the first interview, but IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. ALL TECH PROFESSIONALS that sign up to our platform take a single virtual interview with Opi, our chatbot. A 30 min conversation in a WhatsApp format which for them is the same as getting interviewed by all the +500 companies we have in Opground. COMPANIES looking for tech talent upload all their vacancies to get the most tailored talent as if they had interviewed and preselected all the +9000 tech professionals in Opground, but in that less than 5 minutes, and always ensuring that they mutually fit in interests and requirements. ALSO, it includes OPI THE COACH, a feature that provides personalized advice 100% automated for both of them. It tells professionals about everything they can keep in mind in order to become the ideal candidate for their desired position. And, to companies, among other, it provides them accurate information about the alignment between each of their vacancies and all professionals’ skills, requirements and job conditions so they can modify their positions based on real data in minutes instead of discovering disaligments after many days and interviews. SO, Opground's AI analyzes all your vacancies to replicate them with all tech professionals’ interviews, so in that less than 5 minutes you can access to your tailored professionals, based on your requirements, your needs and all interests, requirements and expectations of each tech professional, removing standard processes that require you most time and resources. ¡THAT EASY! :) For more information, visit us at https://opground.com Or contact us at hello@opground.com
