About Opportunity Center

The Opportunity Center is driven by a “person centered” philosophy. Everyone should have the chance to actively work toward fulfilling their personal goals and dreams. We create opportunities for persons with disabilities to develop their full potential in society. Prairie du Chien’s Opportunity Center is an organization focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities since 1965. Continuing our dedication to vocational and personal rehabilitation services, we are expanding the life-enhancing options we provide.
