Opportunity Investments (Oi) advises companies and fintechs, mainly in debt transactions with the only private debt platform working with accredited institutional investors out of New York, family offices, funds, regional financial groups and commercial banks. Global investment banks directly sign contracts with some of our clients for private debt transactions north of $50 million. Oi also offers asset and liability management (ALM). We have closed a handful of private equity, M&A and impact capital transactions. Partners are directly involved in the financial advisory services we offer.
