OPTA was established in 1997. It comprises trainers and consultants experienced in the range of creating and realization of its own training programmes supporting the professional development of Managment Staff and Employees of many companies from different industries. OPTA administers a group of highly qualified trainers who up till now have taken part in some interesting projects on a differenciated level ranging from single trainings to advanced training cycles, assisted by advisory projects which were to implement standarts of Customer Services and also unify inside company procedures , etc. OPTA's Training Staff guarantees that when using our trainers' knowledge and experience, you will be provided with practical solutions in situations occurring in the professional field such as Manager or the Customer Supervisor.
