About Optical Success Academy

If you’re an independent optician who wants to grow your practice without working harder, we’ll show you how. Every strategy we teach has been developed, tested, and refined inside Jones and Co. Styling Opticians, one of the world’s most successful independent optical practices, led by Conor Heaney, and proven to work for businesses like yours since 2014. Optical Success Academy is the only coaching and marketing organisation for independent opticians where you get to look over the shoulder of a real practice and see these strategies working in the real world. Conor is a practising optometrist running a thriving independent practice in the UK with a £1,200 average dispense value and £1.8M+ turnover, while only working in the practice one day a week. Whether you run a large city-centre practice or a smaller local one, the OSA strategies work. They’ve been tried, tested, and proven not only in Conor’s own business but also in the practices of over 100 Optical Success Academy members around the world, and they can work for you too.
