About OpticMate

OpticMate is an all-in-one, AI-powered web application designed to simplify and modernize the way optometry practices and eyewear retailers operate. Built with a clean, intuitive interface, OpticMate centralizes every aspect of daily management — from scheduling patient appointments and recording eye exam results, to managing inventory, processing orders, tracking payments, and generating insightful analytics. The platform empowers store owners, optometrists, and staff to run their business with precision, clarity, and efficiency. At its core, OpticMate is a multi-tenant SaaS system. Each organization — whether a single independent optometrist or a multi-location optical chain — operates within its own secure environment, fully isolated from others. Permissions and roles ensure that employees see only what is relevant to their store or position, while administrators retain control over staff access, store locations, and operational settings. This compartmentalized structure guarantees both privacy and scalability, enabling OpticMate to serve small boutiques as effectively as large networks. OpticMate’s feature set covers the full spectrum of optical retail and clinical workflows. Shift and staff management tools make scheduling straightforward, while the CRM module stores detailed patient profiles, balances, and payment histories. Eye examination records, prescriptions, and test results can be securely stored and easily retrieved, ensuring continuity of care. Inventory tracking is enhanced with barcode and jewelry-style label printing, making stock management seamless and professional. Orders and invoices can be created directly in the system, with integrated payment tracking for full financial visibility. Beyond daily operations, OpticMate delivers powerful reporting and analytics. Store owners can view sales performance, appointment volume, and stock levels in real time, identifying trends and making smarter decisions. Marketing tools, including WhatsApp messag
