About Optimal Strategic Solutions Consulting LLC

Optimal Strategic Solutions Consulting LLC is a veteran-led government contracting consulting firm supporting federal, state, and local contractors with opportunity targeting, proposal compliance, and post-award execution. With over 15 years of experience supporting the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, and complex government programs, we bring real-world insight into how agencies evaluate risk, compliance, and performance — and how contractors are filtered long before award decisions are made. We work with companies that are capable but under-positioned, and help them become operationally ready inside the systems agencies actually use to buy. Core Services Proposal Development & Compliance Reviews Evaluator-focused proposal support, compliance matrices, and structured reviews to reduce disqualification risk. Compliance Oversight FAR and agency-level clause alignment, risk identification, and readiness assessments to prevent avoidable errors. Opportunity Targeting & Capture Support Focused opportunity searches across SAM.gov and state and local procurement systems to identify realistic, aligned pursuits — not noise. How We Add Value We help businesses: • reduce compliance risk • pursue better-fit opportunities • submit stronger proposals • improve buyer-side credibility • perform with structure post-award Our role is not to sell software or templates. Our Commitment We work directly with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen positioning, improve compliance discipline, and support long-term performance. Our mission is simple: Help companies compete intelligently, execute confidently, and build sustainable growth in government contracting.
