The memory graph stores sales techniques like neuro network: objection handling, double-bind questions, or empathy-driven rebuttals. It's mimicking how a human sales expert’s brain links strategies. For example, if a customer says, “I need to think about it,” the memory graph activates  “urgency creation,” pulling skills like limited-time offers or social proof. The LLM then crafts a natural-sounding response—validated against compliance rules—and delivers it through a human-like voice that feels authentic. One main thing that Optivox builds workflows automatically without human interventions.
