As of December 31, 2011, Centric BV owned 83.58% of the Company's share capital. On January 7, 2013, it acquired Rasenberg Wegenbouw bv, a road construction company; Rasenberg Verkeer & Mobiliteit bv, a dynamic traffic management company; Reanco bv, responsible for soundproof supplies, as well as R.O.B. bv and associated parts of Van Rens bv and R.O.S. bv.
