Since its foundation in 2000, ORCA has been recognized as an important initiator of change and partner in developing areas of its expertise. Through its advocacy campaigns, ORCA made significant contributions to the improvement and implementation of regulation, as well as to the change of culture and attitudes of citizens regarding animal welfare and nature protection.
