About Organise Yourself Pty Ltd

Organise Yourself is an executive advisory, coaching and education practice supporting leaders and organisations navigating complexity, change and sustained performance. We work at the intersection of strategy, governance, delivery and people, partnering with organisations across government, financial services and professional services to strengthen how work gets done and how leaders lead. Executive Advisory & Consulting We support senior leaders and leadership teams with enterprise transformation, portfolio and program governance, operating model design, change leadership and organisational capability uplift. Our work is often engaged where environments are complex, priorities compete, and leaders need clarity, discipline and practical pathways forward to deliver outcomes that last. Leadership Coaching & Education Alongside our advisory work, we support individual leaders through one-on-one coaching, small group programs and online education. This stream focuses on leading effectively under pressure, managing energy and capacity, and sustaining performance over time, particularly for women in senior and demanding roles. The work is grounded in lived experience and informed by decades of leading transformation within complex systems. Across everything we do, we focus on: - clear direction and strong governance - realistic, human-centred change - disciplined delivery - sustainable performance over time Organise Yourself is also a space for reflection and learning. We regularly share writing, tools and programs for leaders who want to think differently about leadership, change and capacity and who value practical insights they can apply immediately.
