Key efforts include Basic and Essential Health Services, hospital construction, relief for flood-affected households, orphan support, humanitarian and community development like the King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center, Penny Appeal USA, Islamic Relief USA, Muslim Aid UK, Action for Humanity Canada, among others.
