About Original Strategies

Our name, “Original,” comes from what we value most: original thinking, not cookie cutter strategies. With our decades of experience working in an array of industries in both the private and public sectors, we are deeply familiar with both the opportunities and challenges facing today's leaders. Our clients are originals who create a vision and take the initiative to make their vision become a reality. Our founders—Kelley McCormick, Deb Eschmeyer, and Joanna Rosholm—are a powerhouse trio of strategists who met while working in communications and public policy in the Obama White House. They have held corporate C-suite roles, advising leaders at the top of the tech, health, consumer, retail, and food & beverage industries on communications, brand, and public policy.
