About Orion Consulting Engineering Services

Orion Consulting Engineering Services (OCES) is a consulting engineering and project delivery firm providing independent, professional oversight across the built environment. We support clients at critical decision points, where risk, cost, and accountability must be clearly defined to achieve predictable project outcomes. Our role is to bring engineering clarity, strengthen governance, and protect client interests throughout the project lifecycle. As the Nigerian arm of the OCES Group (United Kingdom), we operate to internationally recognised standards while executing with deep local market understanding. Our teams bring over 100 years of combined experience across Europe, Asia, and Africa, including complex and large-scale developments. The firm delivers integrated engineering consultancy, project & contract management, and digital project controls from early feasibility through construction and commissioning. Our work is underpinned by structured delivery processes, Six Sigma principles, and data-led decision support. Through structure, discipline, and independent oversight, we help clients manage risk early, maintain control, and deliver complex projects with confidence.
