Our process helps Providers who desire to "take-back control of their procurment process as they eliminate middleman costs, such as: distributors, sales representatives and consignment inventories. By removing these “links in the value stream", Providers can substantially reduce their acquisition costs by as much as 50-70%. Our fee schedule is based on scope and demands of the change process needs to successfully implement the assignment. OrthoDirectUSA teaches, trains, and coaches Providers to assume the responsibilities that historically have been provided by sales personnel and third party procurement consultants. OrthoDirectUSA makes no money from products sold, we work for YOU, the provider, and have your best interests in mind.
