Osella Engineering s.r.l. jobs and careers

About Osella Engineering s.r.l.

Osella carries forward the legacy of one of Italy’s true race car manufacturers. Founded on the racetrack, Osella built its reputation through competition — from hill climb victories to endurance and circuit racing — reaching the pinnacle of motorsport with Formula 1 participation throughout the 1980s, where Osella competed at world-championship level against the greatest manufacturers of the era. Between 1980 and 1990, Osella designed, built, and raced its own Formula 1 cars, a decade that shaped the company’s engineering culture and uncompromising approach to performance, efficiency, and mechanical intelligence. That experience at the highest level of motorsport remains deeply embedded in every Osella race car. Osella is, first and foremost, a race car manufacturer. Each car reflects decades of competition-driven knowledge — lightweight construction, functional design, and engineering solutions developed not in laboratories, but under the pressure of the stopwatch. Osella continues this tradition by uniting heritage, craftsmanship, and modern engineering, building race cars that honor a proud past while remaining fully focused on competition in the present and the future.
