About OSPA

OSPA is a "company-school" focused on territorial intelligence, design, and capital, operating across city development—from land analysis to real estate asset structuring—in partnership with governments, investors, and developers. Its essence lies in "Protagonist Architecture," understood as form, function, and urban intelligence, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and philosophical coherence across all projects. The Instituto Cidades Responsivas (Responsive Cities Institute) focuses on data science and interoperability, producing knowledge and developing strategic urban plans aligned with contemporary city demands. This integrated approach unfolds into: OSPA Place, which simplifies urban and real estate management through an urban digital twin platform; OSPA Architecture, which transforms urban complexity into design clarity; and OSPA Capital, which connects real estate developments to capital markets.
