About Oubaitori Wellness

High-masking. High-achieving. And often, highly burnt out. At Oubaitori Wellness, we recognize that for many neurodivergent women, "productivity hacks" are often just another way to force a unique mind into a mold that doesn't fit. We address a critical gap in mental health: the disconnect between cognitive self-awareness and physiological nervous system regulation . We serve as the bridge between clinical safety and embodied healing. Our philosophy is grounded in Oubaitori, the concept that we all bloom in our own time. However, we believe that blooming is impossible when the body is stuck in survival mode. Led by, Samalie, a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse, our methodology creates a clinically grounded container that blends: 🧠 Psychiatric Nursing Expertise (Safety & Science) 🌿 Somatic Coaching (Bottom-up Nervous System Regulation) 🧘🏻♀️ Yin Yoga (Embodied Release) HOW WE SERVE: 🌸 Individuals (Women with ADHD) We guide clients beyond masking and into integration. Our programs help release the shame of "not keeping up" and build sustainable structures that honor unique brain wiring. 🌸 Clinical Partnerships We partner with therapists, NDs, and bodyworkers to provide the somatic "how" for client healing. We help clients sustain breakthroughs made in therapy by giving them practical tools to release chronic stress at the nervous system level. 🌸 Organizations We consult with leadership teams to build neuro-inclusive cultures. Through workshops and executive coaching, we move beyond compliance to create psychological safety, ensuring neurodivergent talent can thrive without burning out. Let’s tend to the whole person. 👇🏻Schedule a Complimentary Call: https://www.oubaitoriwellness.com/offerings/book?offering=f0ea7a8e-4014-45fa-a161-f568218738f8 🌐 www.oubaitoriwellness.com 📧 [email protected]
