About Outlook University Independent School Network (OUISN) "Outlook Academy"

Outlook University Independent School Network (OUISN) is an ESSA Evidence-based Education Service Provider. Our work with educational organizations identified as in need of Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) centers on the reciprocal relationship between educators, students, and families. Also known as "Outlook Academy" our service with State Education Agencies, local education providers, and community stakeholders is within our "Outlook Academies." The services with Outlook Academy also represent an ongoing "action research initiative. As a result, we offer shared interventions through workshops specific to CSI/TSI/ATSI status schools. Whether virtual or face-to-face Outlook Academy is available to schools across the nation.
