About Outpost Labs

We think sideways. While everyone else builds the same solutions the same way, we approach problems from angles others miss. Our niche SaaS products don't just fill market gaps—they redefine how people think about the problems they're trying to solve. Take Killswitch, for example. Sure, there are other solutions in that space, but none approach it with our perspective. We don't just build different software; we build software differently. Our consulting work follows the same philosophy. When you're stuck on product management challenges, delivery roadblocks, or need trio coaching that actually moves the needle, we bring that sideways thinking to your team. We've seen what doesn't work (spoiler: most of it), and we know how to cut through the noise. We're southern, we're direct, and we don't waste time on solutions that sound good in meetings but fall apart in the real world. Our products work. Our advice works. And if you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear, we're probably not your people. But if you want results from people who aren't afraid to zigging when everyone else is zagging, let's talk.
