About Outset Wellness Advisory

Senior HealthTech consultancy for international founders and local scale-ups. We turn UK red tape into revenue-ready growth. From NHS evidence requirements to MHRA/UKCA regulations, we help you bridge the gap between clinical science and commercial scale. Most healthtech growth stalls in the gray areas. Whether it’s navigating NHS procurement or building a clinical narrative that actually converts, the path to scaling in the UK is complex. We don’t hand over a generic deck and leave; we provide the senior-level execution you need to grow and get to market faster. What we offer: For international founders: We are your local execution partner. We de-risk your UK entry by providing a validated "Go/No-Go" decision and a clear roadmap to your first £1M in ARR in just 5 weeks. We handle the heavy lifting—from MHRA/UKCA regulations to setting up your first local vendors. For UK founders: We unstick your growth. If you have the technology but are struggling to bridge the gap between a pilot and a full-scale contract, we help you build the clinical narratives and evidence models that win over NHS and private buyers. The Team: You work directly with three specialists who have shaped products used by millions and generated over £100M in healthcare revenue: Dr. Sonia Ponzo: Behavioral scientist specializing in clinical narratives that secure multi-million pound contracts. Simon Jay: Commercial expert with 20 years of experience in UK healthcare procurement. Nick Wagner: Technical architect focused on data residency, GDPR, and scaling healthtech from 0 to 1.
