About Overcast Innovations, LLC

Overcast Innovations innovates the process of building design and construction and reduces cost through the application of modular, manufactured, plug-and-play ceiling assemblies. Our open-to-structure and ceiling grid-integrated ceiling assemblies are designed, manufactured (made in the USA) and delivered to your specifications. We integrate into your project team to understand your vision and start with the end in mind. Owners benefit from better asset management and long-term O&M enhancement, Builders benefit from labor savings and shortened schedules and Design Teams benefit by being able to take back control of the ceiling.
