Trauma sucks, Therapy doesn't have to. I provide Trauma Therapy that utilizes a combination of evidence based modalities. I combine Somatic Therapy for trauma, EMDR, Brainspotting, Compassionate Inquiry, Neurofeedback, Polyvagal interventions, and IFS to create the treatment that makes sense to you. I know trauma. I grew up in a family where one parent had severe PTSD and the other chronic health issues and chronic depression. I worked in the airline industry and supported family members of a flight that went down with no survivors. I have also experienced personal trauma and I know what it is like to be changed and feel stuck. It can be confusing, trying to find the right help. There are a lot of options with Coaches, Counselors, Shamans, and Therapists. There are even at home treatments to administer yourself. How do you find help so you aren't wasting your time and money?
